Residential Property Manager supporting daily operations, tenant communications, and administrative compliance under a senior manager or board of directors.
Core Responsibilities
- Tenant Relations: Act as a primary contact for resident inquiries, process maintenance requests, and help resolve everyday tenant concerns.
- Leasing Support: Greet prospective tenants, show available residential units or apartments, explain lease terms, and assist with processing applications and background screenings.
- Administrative & Compliance: Maintain organized physical and digital tenant files, draft basic lease agreements, and ensure adherence to local Connecticut landlord-tenant laws and fair housing regulations.
- Maintenance Coordination: Schedule routine property inspections, coordinate vendor or contractor repairs (such as landscaping or unit turnovers),
