Senior Civil Engineer (PE) – Land/Site Development Projects Location: Cincinnati, Ohio Arcadis is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer (PE) to lead land and site development projects across a range of applications including hospitals, airports, residential communities, retail centers, and educational campuses. Role Accountabilities Develop and grow the civil engineering practice through effective business development activities. Develop and manage a team that builds positive relationships and opens new project opportunities while delivering outstanding projects. Provide smart and effective project management and oversight to ensure client expectations for quality and commercial objectives are met or exceeded. Engage and work directly with clients, design staff, and regulatory agencies to obtain permits and project approvals. Qualifications & Experience Professional Engineer license and at least 12 years of experience delivering civil site development projects in the Cincinnati area. Strong experience building client relationships and conducting business development activities to grow the practice. Proven ability to create a positive work environment that enables high performance. Strong written and oral communication skills. Commitment to health and safety. Compensation and Benefits Salary range: $115,000 - $132,000.
