Job Description

• Craft Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' requirements and devise personalized therapy strategies to help them achieve their functional aspirations
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based methodologies to bolster patients' motor skills, cognitive functions, and daily living capabilities
• Collaborate with Diverse Teams: Work closely with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to ensure comprehensive, holistic patient care
• Guide Patients and Families: Educate recipients of care and their families on therapy practices to facilitate ongoing improvement at home
• Track Progress and Modify Treatment: Monitor clinical results and fine-tune interventions to keep patients on track

Education

• Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Commitment to ongoing education and additional certifications encouraged

Certifications

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required
