IT Business Analyst

Job Overview IT Analyst III – Full‑time, Shift 1 – Larkin Building @ Exchange Street, Buffalo, NY. The role provides IT support to assigned systems as a subject‑matter expert, and offers secondary support to other systems managed by teammates. Responsibilities Research and write technical design specifications, flowcharts, and test scripts. Acquire and organize source material, including applicable specifications and technical write‑ups. Coordinate system installations with user departments to ensure satisfactory results. Participate in smaller‑scope portions of larger projects as assigned. Work with off‑the‑shelf systems and modify features. Provide end‑user training on assigned systems, as needed. Collaborate with vendors on technical requests when applicable. Assist with developing and executing test plans in cooperation with the project team. Write reports for applications. Complete other duties as assigned. Qualifications & Credentials Associate degree required, or 15 years of related experience in IT or Healthcare in lieu of degree. IT specific certification: In Application Certification (or, if not available, equivalent expert knowledge of supported applications) required. 3 years of experience in information technology required.
