Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Imaging Manager to lead a comprehensive hospital imaging department in Dallas, Texas. This is a full-time leadership opportunity for an experienced imaging professional with a strong background in acute-care imaging operations, departmental leadership, staff management, budgeting, and strategic planning.

The Imaging Manager will oversee multiple imaging modalities and work closely with physicians, clinical leaders, employees, vendors, and senior management to support high-quality patient care and efficient departmental operations.

This is a day-shift leadership position with no weekend requirements.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of recent acute-care imaging leadership experience.
• Recent leadership experience should be within the past year.
• ARRT(R) – Radiography certification required.
• Texas MRT (Medical Radiologic Technologist) credential required.
• Demonstrated experience leading imaging operations in an acute-care hospital environment.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience with departmental budgeting.
• Capital planning experience.
• Business planning experience.
• Physician relations experience.
• Experience managing supervisors or supervisory-level employees.
• Experience overseeing multiple imaging modalities.
• Experience in a high-volume hospital or tertiary-care imaging environment.
