The Operations Manager will keep field operations moving by coordinating crews, managing schedules, ordering materials, preparing field documentation and working closely with the estimating, CAD and leadership teams to ensure every project is set up for success. The ideal candidate is a sharp, hands-on operations professional who understands construction, can read blueprints and knows how to stay three steps ahead of changing schedules, material needs and field priorities.
