Journeyman Carpenter

If you’re a hands-on problem solver with a passion for craftsmanship and mentoring, this is your opportunity to make an impact on projects that matter—ranging from remodels to expansions in industries like food/dairy, healthcare, education, and light industrial. *What You’ll Do* * Perform a wide range of carpentry tasks: framing, drywall, finish work, and more.* Execute caulking, construction painting, and fixture installation.
* Form concrete for foundations and structural elements.
* Install flooring and fabricate custom woodwork.
* Participate in restoration projects, bringing structures back to life.
* Lift and move materials and equipment safely.
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site.
* Mentor and train future apprentices. *What We’re Looking For* * *Journeyman card* or *5–6+ years of commercial construction experience*.
* Strong carpentry skills with a portfolio of completed work.
* Proficiency with hand and power tools.
* Ability to read blueprints and technical documents.
* Roofing experience is a plus.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
