Job Title

Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical Surgical

Location

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Travel | 13 Weeks | Days (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) | Every Other Weekend | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide total patient care for a Medical Surgical unit with a patient ratio of 1:6 to 1:7
• Deliver direct bedside nursing care across a 36-bed unit during day shift hours
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes using Cerner EMR
• Complete all required ALC modules in accordance with facility standards
• Float to other units as needed based on census and staffing requirements

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Current BLS certification
• Current ACLS certification
• Completion of all ALC modules
• Minimum of 1 year of Medical Surgical nursing experience
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to qualify as a traveler

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience strongly preferred
• Familiarity with Cerner EMR system
