Shift: 08:00:00 - 16:30:00 Days: Monday - Friday Weekend Rotation
Provide high-quality care to patients recovering from illness or injury.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to implement patient care plans.
Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
Educate patients and families about health management and rehabilitation processes.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Must adhere to facility policies on orientation, background checks, and drug screens.
Dress code requirements apply.
Rotation through weekend shifts as needed.
