Key Responsibilities Support teaching and learning within primary classrooms. Work alongside class teachers to help pupils engage with their learning. Provide one-to-one and small group support where required. Support pupils with their academic, social, and emotional development. Build positive and trusting relationships with pupils. Help create a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom environment. Adapt confidently to different school settings, year groups, and classroom routines. Previous experience supporting children within a primary school setting is beneficial. A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and colleagues. Flexible, reliable, and confident adapting to different school environments.
