Chief of Staff to CEO

Overview Our client is a private equity-backed specialty healthcare services organization providing pharmacy and infusion therapy solutions to patients with complex conditions. As the company scales its integrated care platform, it’s seeking a Chief of Staff to partner with the CEO and leadership team to drive strategic priorities and operational execution across the business. This individual will lead cross-functional initiatives, support enterprise decision-making and help execute key growth efforts, including M&A and performance optimization. The ideal candidate will have five or more years of experience at a top-tier strategy consulting firm, along with relevant healthcare services experience; exposure to specialty pharmacy or infusion services is preferred. This is a high-impact, highly visible role for a structured, analytically rigorous operator eager to help scale a leading healthcare platform. Responsibilities Partner with the CEO and leadership team to drive strategic priorities and operational execution across the business. Lead cross-functional initiatives, support enterprise decision‑making, and help execute key growth efforts including M&A and performance optimization. Act as a thought partner to the C-suite during transformations and other strategic initiatives. Qualifications Five or more years of experience at a top-tier strategy consulting firm. Healthcare services experience; exposure to specialty pharmacy or infusion services is preferred.
