Job Summary A reputable law firm in Greenville, SC is seeking an experienced Paralegal for a direct hire opportunity. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented legal professional with 3 to 5 years of litigation support, legal assistant, or paralegal experience who enjoys managing case activity, preparing legal documents, coordinating deadlines, and supporting attorneys through all phases of litigation. Key Responsibilities Draft, review, organize, and maintain legal documents, pleadings, correspondence, discovery materials, and case files. Coordinate case schedules, court filings, litigation deadlines, calendars, discovery responses, and document management. Conduct legal research and prepare organized summaries, case materials, and supporting documentation for attorney review. Communicate professionally with clients, courts, opposing counsel, vendors, attorneys, and internal team members. Assist attorneys with case management, litigation support, trial preparation, and ongoing legal administrative needs. Maintain accurate, confidential records while ensuring compliance with court procedures, firm standards, and legal requirements. Compensation and Benefits Salary: $55,000 to $65,000 annually.
