Paralegal - Insurance Defense

With more than 110 attorneys, we encompass a broad spectrum of transactional and litigation practice areas for large corporations, small businesses, and governmental entities.We currently have an opening at one of our South Carolina offices (Greenville or Charleston) for a Paralegal on the Insurance Defense team. The ideal candidate would have insurance defense litigation paralegal experience for a minimum of 3 years.Specific duties include:issuing subpoenasscheduling depositions and mediationsanalyzing medical recordsdrafting medical chronologiespreparing discovery requestscommunicating with expertsinteracting with insured clients and insurance adjusterstrial preparation and heavy schedulingThe ideal candidate will be motivated, highly organized, detail oriented, and must possess exceptional oral and written communication skills. Excellent computer skills required, including MS Outlook, Word and Excel.
