Strategia i zarządzanie działem Współtworzenie i wdrażanie długoterminowej strategii marketingowej na rynku globalnym Maksymalizacja lejka marketingowego i generowanie potencjału sprzedażowego (ze szczególnym naciskiem na rynek USA) Zarządzanie zespołem marketingu: wyznaczanie celów, KPI i priorytetów, dbanie o rozwój pracowników Kompleksowe zarządzanie kluczowymi obszarami: ABM, Performance, Content, Product Marketing, SEO/GEO, PR & Brand oraz Event Management Definiowanie profilu idealnego klienta (ICP), pozycjonowania marki, kluczowych wartości (USP) oraz scenariuszy użycia (use cases) Zarządzanie zmianą i wprowadzanie innowacji, narzędzi AI oraz automatyzacji procesów w codziennej pracy marketingu Koordynacja i rozwój współpracy z kluczowymi partnerami Ścisła, proaktywna współpraca z działami Sales, SDR & Outbound, Product oraz R&D w celu synergii działań biznesowych Budżet i analityka Planowanie, kontrola i optymalizacja budżetu marketingowego pod kątem maksymalizacji wskaźnika ROI Monitorowanie trendów, analiza rynku oraz działań konkurencji w celu identyfikacji nowych szans biznesowych Zaawansowana analityka marketingowa, raportowanie wyników oraz prezentowanie rekomendacji strategicznych bezpośrednio przed CMO i Zarządem Kogo poszukujemy? Wymagania kluczowe: Minimum 5 lat doświadczenia na podobnym stanowisku (Head of Marketing / Marketing Manager / Marketing Lead) w środowisku SaaS/B2B tech, w firmie produktowej Język angielski na poziomie min. C1 w mowie i piśmie Doświadczenie w pracy z CRM (najchętniej: HubSpot) Udokumentowane sukcesy marketingowe (wzrost pipeline’u, leadów, brandu, ROI kampanii) Mile widziane: Komunikatywna znajomość języka niemieckiego Wykształcenie wyższe Posiadanie aktualnych certyfikatów branżowych (Google, LinkedIn) Certyfikacja DIMAQ lub CIM #J-18808-Ljbffr HeadHR
