What We’re Looking For We are actively seeking experienced home improvement sales professionals with a proven track record of closing deals and delivering results in an in-home sales setting in the Richmond, Va market. The right candidate is: Highly motivated and goal-oriented Skilled in one-call close sales strategies Comfortable managing a consultative, in-home client experience Eager to grow with a company that invests in its people What You’ll Do Run pre-set, confirmed appointments with qualified homeowners in and around Richmond, Va. (no cold calling!)
