Position Responsibilities The candidate will be co-teaching the Death Penalty and Criminal Defense Clinic with Professor Oberman for the Fall 2026 semester. Experience & Educational Background J.D. required 3-5 years of practice experience in criminal defense. Salary Range $50,000 - $50,000 About Us The Benjamin N.
