The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process design, program management, and business process management tools. This role requires a deep understanding of process mapping, program delivery, and a keen ability to translate business needs into technical solutions./ppKey Responsibilities:/pulliLead and support the design and optimization of business processes and workflows across various operational areas, including energy retail, renewable energy, and utilities./liliUtilize business process management tools such as Lucid Chart and MS Visio to design, map, document, and communicate process improvements./liliCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business requirements with process design and program objectives./liliWork with data analysis tools like Excel to gather and interpret relevant data to inform decisions and improvements./liliDevelop and deliver presentations using PowerPoint, clearly communicating process designs, strategies, and recommendations to stakeholders./liliManage and support the end-to-end lifecycle of process improvement initiatives, from ideation to implementation, ensuring timely delivery and measurable results./liliLeverage SQL for database queries and analysis to support process design and decision-making./liliSupport the adoption and implementation of Power Platform tools to automate and improve processes within the organization./liliIdentify and recommend process improvements that enhance operational efficiency, cost savings, and customer experience./liliCreate detailed reports and documentation for process changes, improvements, and performance metrics./liliFoster a culture of continuous improvement within the team, driving innovation and best practices./li/ulpRequired Qualifications:/pulli5+ years of experience in business process design, consulting, and program management within a complex environment./liliProficiency in process mapping tools such as Lucid Chart and MS Visio./liliAdvanced skills in Excel for data analysis and process modeling./liliStrong presentation and communication skills with expertise in PowerPoint to deliver clear and engaging presentations./liliAbility to translate complex business requirements into actionable process designs and deliverables./liliFamiliarity with database systems and SQL for data querying and analysis./liliFamiliarity with process automation and improvement tools, particularly Power Platform./liliExperience in the utility or renewable energy sector, with knowledge of Carbon Offsets, RECs, and related renewable energy certifications is a strong plus./li/ulpPreferred Skills and Experience:/pulliKnowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or similar frameworks./liliFamiliarity with Agile project management practices./liliCertification in Business Process Management (BPM) or similar credentials./li/ulpSoft Skills:/pulliStrong problem-solving and analytical skills./liliExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and departments./liliAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively./liliStrong attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality results./liliAdaptability in a fast-paced environment, with a proactive approach to process improvement./liliAbility to foster collaboration, build relationships, and drive team success./li/ul/div
