Overview Jim’s Suits and Tuxedos is looking for a Store Manager to oversee daily operations, support the sales team and tailor, and ensure top-quality customer service. Responsibilities Oversee customer service and consultations (by appointment) Manage day-to-day operations and cash drawer Train, supervise, and support sales associates and tailor Handle all customer situations professionally Maintain accurate inventory and input in Square Create and manage displays, sales, and seasonal promotions Coordinate vendor events and JFW material updates Manage suit orders in EZTux platform and track returns Prepare team each week for incoming appointments and outgoing orders Qualifications Retail or service industry experience Team leadership experience preferred Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Customer-first attitude and attention to detail Join a business that values people, growth, and excellence. #J-18808-Ljbffr Jim's Suits and Tuxedos
