Material Specialist

Manpower is partnering with Ulta Distribution to hire Material Handlers for their growing team. As a Material Handler, you will be part of the Warehouse Team supporting order fulfillment and inventory management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, physical stamina, and attention to detail, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Material Handler

Location: Greenwood, IN

Pay Range: $17.50 - $18.50 per hour

Shift: Friday - Sunday 6am - 6pm OR Mon- Thursday 6am - 4pm **Both shifts require over time which includes weekends

What's the Job?

• Picking and packing customer orders efficiently and accurately
• Handling and moving materials weighing up to 50 lbs
• Walking, bending, standing, and climbing stairs as part of daily tasks
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
• Following safety protocols and operational procedures

What's Needed?

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Strong physical stamina and endurance
• Attention to detail and accuracy in work
• Reliable and punctual work ethic
