Youth Engagement & Safety Specialist

Covenant House California is seeking a Youth Engagement Specialist to support young people experiencing homelessness. This part-time role involves supervising shelter activities, conducting wellness checks, and mentoring youth aged 18-24, ensuring they have a positive adult role model. Applicants should possess strong communication skills and ideally have a background in Human Services. The position requires flexibility, as staff may be asked to work weekends and holidays.
