What You’ll Do
As a Program Specialist, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality programming while helping shape the next generation of leaders.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead PE and After-School Programs at local elementary and middle schools
- Coach Basketball, All Sports, Volleyball, Baseball, Art & Crafts and/or STEAM programs at Legarza Camps
- Implement CA state standards–based curriculum and training
- Support Social Emotional Learning (SEL) initiatives
- Manage classrooms with strong behavior management techniques
- Apply PBIS (Positive Behavioral Interventions & Supports) strategies
- Contribute creative ideas to enhance our cutting-edge sports curriculum
- Help ensure programs run smoothly and professionally
