Americas Director of Customer Success & AI Adoption

DataSnipper is seeking a Director of Customer Success - Americas to lead the regional CS organization across adoption, retention, and value realization. You will shape the operating rhythm, develop managers, and drive durable customer outcomes while aligning with AI-enabled platform adoption in frontline accounting firms in the US.
You will partner with Sales, Product, RevOps, Solutions Engineering, Enablement, and GTM leadership to scale the team and translate market signals into company-wide
