Job Summary

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a Registrar for a hospital-based administrative and patient support role. The Registrar is responsible for patient registration, insurance verification, and front-desk coordination while ensuring smooth patient flow and accurate data entry in the system.
Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients, visitors, and staff
• Answer phone calls and route to appropriate departments
• Register patients and update demographic and insurance information
• Verify insurance coverage and financial details
• Maintain accurate patient records and registration logs
• Schedule appointments and manage clinic flow
• Collect and process patient documentation and referrals
• Maintain charts, files, and medical records
• Ensure proper labeling and documentation compliance
• Assist with patient transport when needed
• Maintain a clean and organized registration area
• Support clerical and administrative hospital operations

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Basic computer and keyboard skills required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle high-volume patient interaction
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• EPIC experience preferred
• Healthcare or hospital experience (6-9 months preferred)
