Duties
- Manage end-to-end talent acquisition processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees using ATS platforms such as iCIMS, Taleo, or Workday.
- Oversee employee orientation programs to ensure seamless integration into the organization and promote understanding of company policies and culture.
- Administer benefits programs and handle benefits administration tasks using HRIS systems like SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or ADP to ensure accurate data entry and employee support.
- Develop and implement employee evaluation and performance management processes to foster continuous improvement and recognize top talent.
- Support change management initiatives by assisting with organization design, workforce planning, and strategic planning efforts.
- Handle employee relations issues with professionalism, including conflict management and resolution strategies aligned with labor law compliance such as OSHA regulations.
- Maintain accurate HR records, conduct data collection and analysis for HR metrics, and generate reports to inform decision-making.
- Assist in compliance activities related to FMLA, workers' compensation, affirmative action planning, and OSHA standards to uphold legal requirements.
- Collaborate on training & development programs aimed at enhancing skills across the organization using tools like UltiPro or Paychex for payroll and HR management.
- Support HR sourcing efforts through social media management and recruitment marketing strategies to attract diverse talent pools.
Experience
- Proven experience in human resources management or generalist roles with a strong understanding of employment & labor law, benefits administration, and HRIS platforms such as Workday, PeopleSoft, or Ceridian.
- Demonstrated ability in talent acquisition, recruiting strategies, onboarding processes, and employee evaluation techniques.
- Experience managing employee relations issues with effective conflict management skills.
- Familiarity with project management principles applied within HR initiatives like succession planning or organization design projects.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Knowledge of OSHA standards, workers' compensation procedures, and compliance requirements related to employment law.
- Administrative experience supporting HR functions such as data entry, contract management, payroll processing (using systems like Kronos or Paylocity), and benefits administration.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new HR technologies including Lever, Dayforce, or Salesforce for recruitment tracking or workforce management purposes.
