Salary: $100,000

What your future day will look like:

• Develop metrics and communication to improve and maintain quality safety, training, and security
• Maintain a positive work culture and manage employee relations
• Conduct HR audits to ensure compliance with federal and state mandates
• Manage workers compensation program
• Develop safety policies and procedures and coordinate activities of safety committee
• Coordinate all federal and state safety compliance programs and update various OSHA reports
• Coordinate all activities associated with security
• Identify and develop training needs and develop training programs
• Manage other Human Resources functions when needed

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field
• 10+ years of Human Resources experience
• Safety and Manufacturing Human Resources experience
• HRIS proficiency
