Director of Client Safety & Operational Excellence

Bierman Autism Centers is seeking a Director of Client Safety to own and elevate the enterprise client safety operating system across all centers. You will establish policies, standards, and escalation frameworks while partnering with Clinical, Operations, HR, Facilities, Compliance, and Executives to embed safety into daily practice.
