Production Worker

WorkSource is looking for reliable individuals with construction experience who are seeking long-term, stable employment in the Greenwood area. This position offers consistent work, a supportive team environment, and the opportunity to grow with an expanding company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute foam production tasks in accordance with company standards and procedures
• Accurately measure, cut, and handle foam materials with attention to detail
• Follow both verbal and written instructions to meet production targets
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality and precision
• Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to support smooth operations

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in construction is required
• Must be seeking long-term employment; candidates with frequent job changes will not be considered
• Strong attention to detail and a dependable work ethic
• Ability to follow instructions and comply with safety protocols
• Capable of standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks
• Proficient in reading and using a tape measure
