Overview Laboratory Technologist (Medical Technologist) – Poplar, Montana, United States – Start 07/15/2026 – Travel assignment for 6 weeks with possible extension – $1,544 to $1,680 per week – Guaranteed 36 hours – Shift: 2x3 Nights – Hospital laboratory setting Key Highlights Weekly pay: $1,544–$1,680 per week Guaranteed hours: 36 hours Contract duration: 6 weeks with possible extension Shift: 2x3 Nights Start date: 07/15/2026 Housing: Housing options available; not reimbursed; facility housing billed directly at $500/month or $650 for select apartments Responsibilities Perform basic phlebotomy on patients/residents according to department policies Conduct a full range of clinical laboratory tests with accuracy and timeliness Prepare specimens, operate and maintain laboratory equipment, and perform quality control Document results in the laboratory information system and communicate critical findings per protocol Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards (CLIA, OSHA) and quality assurance procedures Collaborate with the laboratory team and clinical staff to maintain efficient workflow Requirements Current Montana licensure as Clinical Laboratory Scientist Certification in ASCP, NCA, or AMT At least 2 years of clinical laboratory experience Ability to perform basic phlebotomy Availability for a 2x3 night shift and travel to Poplar, MT Benefits and Support Guaranteed hours 24/7 recruiter and travel support Extension opportunities Housing options available (not reimbursed) with facility housing billed directly Fast credentialing Please note: Pay rates and guaranteed hours are estimates and may vary.
