Residential Counselor I/II — Recovery & Group Therapy

WellPower at Monaco House in Denver is hiring Residential Counselors to support residents with ADLs, provide therapy, and coordinate care within a multi-disciplinary team. The role includes intake/discharge tasks, safety management, and advocacy for residents with serious mental illness. Qualifications include RC I or RC II tracks, Bachelor’s level education in social work, psychology or related field, and CPR/First Aid plus QMAP.
