MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 2 year CVOR
CERTIFICATIONS: NBSTSA, BLS.
EPIC exp required
Level I trauma exp required
RTO: MAX 7 days
WEEKENDS: twice per month
CALL REQUIREMENTS: every third day with 30-min response time
HOLIDAYS: as needed
FLOATING: may be asked to float to general OR if needed
