Procurement Manager

Job Description
Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize costs and supplier performance.
Negotiate contracts and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams to meet production needs.
Analyze market trends to identify potential opportunities for cost savings or process improvements.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement goals with business objectives.
Track and report key metrics to assess procurement performance and drive continuous improvement.
Resolve any supply chain or procurement issues in a timely and efficient manner.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Procurement Manager should have:
Experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related field within the industrial or manufacturing industry.
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
Knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in procurement and supply chain management.
