Sonsoft Inc. is growing at a steady pace specializing in the fields of Software Development, Software Consultancy and Information Technology Enabled Services.Job DescriptionJob Description:-At least 9 years of experience in technology consulting, enterprise architecture Should have knowledge on various Application dynamics productAt Least 7 Years of experience working with Dynatrace, Nagios, Splunk toolsShould be excellent communication skills, Presentation skills, Stakeholder management skillsHe/she should require to own end to end Major/critical Incidents and drive it’s resolution over call/bridge along with SME, Vendors and customer to quickly restore the serviceShould be able to participate in incidents management meeting, handle the crisp customer communication over email/call, should be able to update status to customer leadership teamFinancial Domain Knowledge Exceptional communications capabilities, giving presentations, and speaking publicly. Must be approachable, a team player with a strong desire to continue learning and expanding their experience in a highly evolving technology focused environment. Possess strong analytical and troubleshooting skillsExperience with project managementExperience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel Ability to Connect and manage clientQualificationsBasic Qualifications :-Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
