About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP of Enterprise Sales to drive the growth of its workforce solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling a range of offerings, including MSP, VMS, EOR, SOW, and AI technology that integrates with VMS platforms. This role is pivotal in engaging with senior decision-makers, owning complex enterprise pursuits, and closing strategic, multi-stakeholder deals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise sales, particularly in the HR technology, MSP, VMS, or technology-enabled workforce services sectors, and a proven track record of success in high-stakes, multi-threaded enterprise sales cycles. Applicants for the VP of Enterprise Sales position at the company should possess a consultative selling mindset, the ability to influence senior executives, and a strong command of the RFx process. The role requires a candidate with a full-cycle, complex sales capability, and a demonstrated strength in qualifying opportunities and closing business. The ability to operate with autonomy, resilience, and strategic discipline in a quota-driven environment is essential. While not mandatory, experience in the TMT vertical and with AI-enabled solutions is a plus. The role is open to candidates across the U.S. and may involve approximately 30-40% travel.
