responsibilities:

• Support engineers in optimizing manufacturing processes through hands-on machine setups and the collection and analysis of production samples and data.

• Plan the sequence of operations for experimental trials, balancing conflicting requirements, economic factors, and operator comfort.

• Conduct precise tests and measurements across various production stages to monitor and maintain control over key process variables.

• Independently troubleshoot and resolve complex problems on the production floor by carefully examining technical facts and evidence.

• Coordinate special project activities beyond routine tasks to recommend and implement key manufacturing process improvements.
