About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, CTO Operations to play a pivotal role in the organization's mission to deliver AI-enabled experiences and drive technology innovation. The successful candidate will be the operational right hand to the CTO, Software, and will be responsible for aligning strategy, programs, and communications to enhance the organization's impact. This senior leadership position requires a proven track record in strategy, operations, or related areas within a technology company, with a focus on software and platform technologies. The role involves overseeing the organization's strategy and transformation, engineering executive operations, technical program management, and communications. The VP, CTO Operations will also be instrumental in leading a high-performing team, driving operational efficiency, and influencing senior executives to ensure alignment across the organization. Applicants for the VP, CTO Operations role at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' experience in strategy, operations, or related areas, with at least 8 years in senior leadership roles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading and scaling functions such as transformation, chief of staff, technical program management, and communications.
