Delivery Specialist

Compensation Pay Range $11.13 - $18.00 (Actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.) Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply. Essential Job Functions Operate company vehicles to deliver parts and products to customers safely and efficiently. Use delivery fleet management hand‑held devices to process deliveries, capture customer signatures, update vehicle mileage, and complete daily vehicle inspections. Keep vehicles clean, maintained, and perform daily pre‑operation inspections. Secure delivery vehicles, keys, fuel/fleet credit cards, hand‑held devices, and collected monies at all times. Pick up customer returns (new, warranty, cores) and fill out driver return slips. Communicate any customer problems or special needs to store management. Report vehicle maintenance needs, accidents, or damage to the store manager immediately. Ensure fuel tank is filled and lock/secure vehicle at the end of the day. Clock in/out according to company policy. Perform additional duties as assigned, including customer service, sweeping, general stocking, merchandising, running errands, handling core returns, and putting up stock orders. Occasionally assist customers, serve as cashier, and help with merchandising tasks when business dictates. Required Skills / Qualifications Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences. Strong interpersonal communication skills. Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing delivery situations. Driving record must meet the company’s 14/18‑point record system. Must possess a legally required state driver’s license and meet company mandated driving eligibility requirements. Desired Skills / Qualifications Familiarity with automotive parts.
