Maintains a prospect tracking and follow-up schedule within our customer database. Makes outbound prospecting calls inviting prospects to the dealership. Contacts customers for retention and loyalty opportunities to upgrade their vehicle. Contacts all no-show appointments to reschedule for a later time. Constantly update and purify customer records.
