We're partnering with a well-established construction company to identify a reliable and detail-oriented Payroll Specialist . This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured work, values accuracy, and takes pride in supporting employees through timely and accurate payroll processing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process weekly or biweekly payroll for construction employees
  • Review timesheets and ensure hours, rates, and deductions are accurate
  • Maintain employee payroll records and documentation
  • Assist with payroll reporting and month-end support
  • Respond to payroll-related questions from employees and internal teams
  • Support compliance with company policies and basic labor requirements
Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of payroll experience; construction experience is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Familiarity with payroll systems and timekeeping software
  • Organized, dependable, and comfortable handling confidential information
  • Able to work onsite and manage deadlines in a busy environment
