EyeCare Advisor: Vision Care & Customer Experience (Bonus)

LensCrafters is hiring for the role of EyeCare Advisor in Scottsdale, Arizona. The EyeCare Advisor is responsible for delivering a high level of customer service by ensuring patients receive quality optometric care while integrating the Brand Story into their experience. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a high school diploma or equivalent, and familiarity with customer service or retail environments.
