Felikian's Carpet One Floor & Home in Pasadena, CA is looking to hire an experienced Sales Consultant to join their amazing team. If you bring proven sales experience, strong client relationship skills, and a track record of closing sales, this is the career opportunity you've been waiting for! Hourly Rate: $20 + Commission

Earning potential of $55K to $90K annually

40 hrs./5-day work week (Monday - Saturday)

Candidates will need to work 3 Saturdays per month

90 days paid training & mentorship program

Weekly sales meeting & consistent product knowledge sessions

Seasonal team events

Day-to-Day Tasks:

Determine overall flooring & design needs while offering great customer experiences

Build genuine relationships with new & existing customers

Schedule appointments for client design consultations

Keep up to date on the selection of products & services provided

Review measurements, estimate materials, present proposals, product suggestions, manage payments & oversee project quality

Keep installations on track by coordinating schedules, sharing notes + photos & reviewing checklists

Communicate with vendors to determine product specifications & availability

Build social networks & help generate new leads

Keep the showroom clean, organized & on trend

What We're Looking For :

3+ years' proven work experience in Retail Sales, Interior Design, Furniture Sales, Property Sales, or similar role

Ability to pass a background check & drug test (REQUIRED)

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Gmail & Google Workspace

Fundamental tech, social media & math skills

Personal & professional judgment

Positive, communicative & motivated to help grow the business

Critical thinking & problem-solving abilities

Quick to help customers get what they need

Organizational skills & the flexibility to pivot from priority to priority

Time management skills & detailed oriented

Strong interpersonal, verbal & written communication skills

Knowledge of RFMS a plus, but not required - willing to train

Flooring or design experience is a plus, but not required — we're happy to train the right person
