Felikian's Carpet One Floor & Home in Pasadena, CA is looking to hire an experienced Sales Consultant to join their amazing team. If you bring proven sales experience, strong client relationship skills, and a track record of closing sales, this is the career opportunity you've been waiting for! Why You'll Love It Here:
- Hourly Rate: $20 + Commission
- Earning potential of $55K to $90K annually
- 40 hrs./5-day work week (Monday - Saturday)
- Candidates will need to work 3 Saturdays per month
- 90 days paid training & mentorship program

Day-to-Day Tasks:
- Determine overall flooring & design needs while offering great customer experiences
- Build genuine relationships with new & existing customers
- Schedule appointments for client design consultations
- Keep up to date on the selection of products & services provided
- Review measurements, estimate materials, present proposals, product suggestions, manage payments & oversee project quality
- Keep installations on track by coordinating schedules, sharing notes + photos & reviewing checklists
- Communicate with vendors to determine product specifications & availability
- Build social networks & help generate new leads
- Keep the showroom clean, organized & on trend
What We're Looking For :
- 3+ years' proven work experience in Retail Sales, Interior Design, Furniture Sales, Property Sales, or similar role
- Ability to pass a background check & drug test (REQUIRED)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Gmail & Google Workspace
- Fundamental tech, social media & math skills
- Personal & professional judgment
- Positive, communicative & motivated to help grow the business
- Critical thinking & problem-solving abilities
- Quick to help customers get what they need
- Organizational skills & the flexibility to pivot from priority to priority
- Time management skills & detailed oriented
- Strong interpersonal, verbal & written communication skills
- Knowledge of RFMS a plus, but not required - willing to train
- Flooring or design experience is a plus, but not required — we're happy to train the right person
