Onsite Customer Service Representative - Part Time
Friday & Saturday + One flexible day of your choice

Position Summary

Provide friendly customer service and basic technical support for in-room patient TVs. Assist patients with simple issues such as turning the TV on, changing channels, adjusting the volume, or resolving basic connection problems. Escalate more complex technical issues to the appropriate support team as needed.

Shifts & Location

• Jefferson Abington Hospital (1200 Old York Rd, Abington, PA 19001)
• Days: Friday & Saturday + any day of your choice
• Hours: 9:00AM-5:00PM EST

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, onsite support to patients and hospital staff.
• Help answer questions and resolve basic issues with in-room and other patient entertainment equipment.
• Show patients how to use the TV system and its features.
• Work with team members to solve problems when needed.
• Replace small equipment, such as TVs, pillow speakers, and phones, when necessary.
• Perform all other duties required.

Experience & Skills

• Friendly and professional customer service skills.
• Effective communicator.
• Comfortable using a computer for basic tasks.
• At least one year of customer service is preferred, but not required.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work onsite at hospitals daily and travel between each location as needed.
• Must be able to lift 25 lbs. and climb a 6-foot ladder.
• Must meet hospital requirements for immunizations and screenings; this includes COVID-19 vaccination and Flu vaccination.
