As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for John Degirolamo - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. Our agency has been focused on service, trust, and community since 1983. We lead a dedicated team of five, including three bilingual team members who help us better serve our diverse customer base. Our office offers a competitive compensation package that includes salary, commission, bonuses, a health insurance allowance, paid time off, and a 401K. We believe in rewarding hard work and providing opportunities for growth in a supportive, professional environment. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining customer relationships to drive retention and growth, conducting policy reviews and providing recommendations to customers, overseeing the resolution of complex customer issues, and using your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
Qualifications include experience in insurance sales or account management preferred, leadership and interpersonal skills, a proven track record of meeting sales targets, willingness to engage in sales conversations, and bilingual Spanish preferred.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year.

We are located in Cheltenham, PW and help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including auto insurance, home insurance, life insurance, and retirement planning.
