Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Valid state licensure for practice
• Experience working within school settings (K-12)
• Comfortable with teletherapy platforms and remote service delivery
• Strong documentation, organization, and communication skills
• Adaptable, proactive, and enthusiastic about student progress

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and indirect speech-language services to assigned students
• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to enhance student outcomes
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development and review of student plans
• Collect and maintain accurate records of student progress, data, and required documentation
• Utilize virtual therapy tools as needed for remote service provision
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices
