Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility) for practice as a school-based SLP
• Experience delivering teletherapy and traditional onsite services in school environments
• Familiarity with IEP processes, goal-setting, and progress monitoring
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Passion for supporting children and adolescents with a range of speech and language needs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy to students in a school setting, utilizing both in-person and teletherapy modalities as needed
• Conduct assessments, develop educational plans, and participate in eligibility and IEP meetings
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress and goal achievement
• Document intervention, maintain accurate records, and communicate effectively regarding caseload and student performance
• Adapt therapy strategies to meet the unique cultural, developmental, and learning needs of each student
