Senior Commercial Insurance Account Executive | Large Accounts

Commercial Insurance Account Executive Job Summary Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Insurance Account Executive to join a growing Programs Division. This division specializes in managing accounts for industries such as car dealerships, golf courses, pest control, and equipment rentals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of handling middle-market to large accounts, possess a Property & Casualty (P&C) license, and demonstrate exceptional client management skills. Compensation Package Salary Range: $90,000 - $140,000+ (depending on experience) + bonus opportunities Comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k) plan Responsibilities Manage and service a book of business with account sizes ranging from $100,000 to $1,000,000 in premium. Quote new and renewal business, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Collaborate with team members to divide and manage accounts based on experience and expertise. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing their insurance needs. Utilize Sagitta software to manage accounts and ensure compliance with company standards. Work closely with the Director of Operations and other team members to support the growth of the Programs Division. Qualifications/Requirements Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required. Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of experience handling middle-market to large accounts, preferably with medium to large brokerage firms. Proficiency in using Sagitta software or similar insurance management systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members. Self-motivated, driven, and capable of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
