Principal Product Marketing ManagerWe are seeking a Principal Product Marketing Manager to own product marketing for Prove's Welcome solutions portfolio, including Prefill for Consumer, Prefill for Business, and Human Assurance.Reporting to the Senior Director of Product Marketing, this role sits at the intersection of portfolio strategy, competitive differentiation, and go-to-market execution. You will be responsible for shaping how Prove's Welcome solutions are positioned, enabled, and adopted—while partnering closely with Product, Verticals, Sales, and Marketing to turn market insight into revenue impact.This is an ideal role for a product marketer who excels at bringing clarity and focus to evolving solutions while scaling proven offerings.Key Responsibilities1. 'Welcome' Solutions Product Marketing OwnershipOwn end-to-end product marketing for Prove's Welcome solutions portfolio, including Prefill for Consumer, Prefill for Business, Human Assurance and future solutions as they move from early exploration to product/market fit and scaleDefine positioning, messaging frameworks, value propositions, and personas for Welcome solutionsPartner closely with Product to translate roadmap, capabilities, and customer value into clear, compelling market narrativesLead go-to-market planning and execution for Welcome solution launches, pilots, and feature releasesDevelop core solution assets including pitch decks, one-pagers, solution briefs, demos, and website messagingAct as the internal subject matter expert for Welcome solutions across Sales, Marketing, and Revenue teams2. Cross-Team Collaboration, Launch Excellence & GTM EnablementPartner closely with Product, Engineering, and Solutions to understand roadmap priorities and build repeatable processes for translating product roadmap updates into clear launch plans with customer facing assets, enablement, and sales-ready deliverablesCreate scalable templates and standards for core GTM assets in support of launches to drive consistency and efficiencySupport in establishing best practices, playbooks, and workflows that enable the product marketing team to operate with speed, clarity, and cross-functional alignmentPartner with Sales, Demand Generation, and Brand to deliver cohesive go-to-market executionCreate strategies and plans to incorporate voice-of-customer insights and real-world use cases into the product marketing function and share insights across the marketing orgSupport broader product marketing initiatives and launches as needed across Prove's portfolio3. Verticalized Intelligence & EnablementSupport verticalized product marketing intelligenceDevelop vertical-specific messaging, value propositions, and use-case narratives tailored to priority industriesCreate enablement and campaign-support assets such as vertical solution briefs, pitch decks, case studies, and talking pointsSupport demand generation and field marketing campaigns with verticalized content and insightsIncorporate customer proof, market trends, and vertical-specific challenges into Grow solution storytellingExperience & Qualifications5+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS2+ years of experience in identity, authentication, fraud prevention, or adjacent industriesExperience owning product marketing for a solution portfolio or multiple related productsProven ability to operate in both early-stage and scaling environmentsStrong go-to-market execution skills, including launches, enablement, and asset developmentExperience building sales enablement materialsExperience developing verticalized messaging or industry-specific GTM strategies a strong plusExcellent storytelling, writing, and presentation skillsHighly collaborative, organized, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environmentBachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent experience a plusAdditional InformationThis position description should not be considered the final description of the position.
