NYC Skyline Construction Corp, a leading provider of residential and commercial construction services in the New York City area, is seeking a motivated and highly organised Sales Support Specialist to join our team. We are committed to delivering high-quality projects, from new builds to renovations, and pride ourselves on exceptional customer satisfaction. This is a Full-Time position based in San Jose, California, United States. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team, ensuring the efficiency of our sales operations and contributing to the continued growth of our company. You will be a key liaison between our sales professionals, clients, and internal departments.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
• Prepare and process sales proposals, contracts, and other documentation with a high degree of accuracy.
• Maintain and update client information in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
• Act as the first point of contact for client enquiries, providing timely and professional responses.
• Liaise with project management and operations teams to ensure a seamless handover from sales to project execution.
• Assist in the creation of sales presentations and marketing materials.
• Generate and analyse sales reports to identify trends and support strategic decision-making.
• Organise and maintain sales-related files and records for easy access and retrieval.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a sales support, sales administration, or a similar administrative role.
• Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional and courteous manner.
• High level of proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM software.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• A proactive and collaborative team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience within the construction or real estate industry is highly desirable but not essential.
