CHRO Rite Aid Hamilton, OH

We're Rite Aid, we're growing in Hamilton, and we need one tinker-friendly CHRO to keep the general side honest. Here's the long and short of it — Rite Aid pays $56,000 - $78,000, trusts your 5 years, and lets you own the general call.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain clear documentation of work performed and outcomes delivered
• Bring 4 of general instinct to problems the playbook misses
• Move general decisions forward when consensus stalls
• Keep showing up for the Hamilton, OH work after the launch buzz fades
• Respond to internal and external requests in a timely, professional manner
• Question the brief when the brief doesn't match reality
• Keep Rite Aid's Project Management pipeline humming without constant hand-holding

What You'll Bring

• Confident communicator across email, calls, and in-person meetings
• Professionalism, integrity, and discretion with sensitive information
• Flexibility to adapt your approach as business needs evolve
• Pattern recognition earned across many general engagements
• Working understanding of both Empathy and People Management in real-world settings
• Familiarity with the Hamilton market and local general landscape
• An OH work history, or strong reasons you'll thrive here anyway

Plenty of firms claim to do general; Rite Aid actually does it, and from Hamilton no less, with a mentorship-focused stubbornness about quality. We onboard you to the general mission first and the People Management tooling second, in that order.

Take home $56,000 - $78,000, build your Project Management under a mentor, lean on benefits, and shape a freelance week that finally fits.
