Family Nurse Practitioner - Outpatient & Urgent Care

The Mescalero Apache Tribe, once nomadic hunters and gatherers in the Southwest, are now residing on a 463,000-acre reservation. The Mescalero Service Unit of the Indian Health Service operates a 13-bed hospital offering both inpatient and outpatient services, including specialty clinics and field health programs.

Responsibilities include providing diagnostic, preventive, and therapeutic health services, managing patient care, collaborating with physicians, and ensuring compliance with medical standards.

Requirements include holding an active state nurse practitioner license, certification from AANP or ANCC, at least 36 months of nurse practitioner experience, and current BLS, PALS, and ACLS certifications.
