Stand up Forklift Operator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Order Picker/Warehouse Associate to join our warehouse team. This position is responsible for accurately picking customer orders, preparing shipments, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and supporting daily warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately using pick lists or RF scanners.
• Wrap, label, and prepare completed orders for shipment.
• Load and unload trucks as needed.
• Organize and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.
• Inspect products for quality and report any damages or discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse by sweeping, removing trash, and following housekeeping standards.
• Assist with general warehouse duties, including inventory counts and material handling.
• Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse policies.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production and shipping goals.

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse and order picking experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand, bend, and walk for extended periods.
• Experience using RF scanners, pallet jacks, order picker operator or other warehouse equipment is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
